How long will my order take?
Depending on the label, your order will usually be dispatched within 48 hours.
How will my order be delivered?
Your labels will be delivered by Australia Post.
What's the minimum number of labels I can order?
Depending on the label, as few as 5 - 10 labels can be ordered.
Are the labels on rolls, sheets or are they individual labels?
Most labels come on rolls. You can specify how many labels per roll you require eg rolls of 250 labels. Some labels are available on sheets or as individually cut labels.
Do you sell return address labels to private individuals?
Yes, we have a large range of personal address labels. You can order as few as 100 labels.
Do labels printed in full colour cost more than labels printed in one colour?
Single colour print labels are less expensive, however our full colour labels are extremely competitively priced. Ask for a free quote.
Do you sell gold and silver labels?
Yes, we have a range of gold and silver labels. These labels look best when printed in black. Ask for a free quote.
Do you print barcodes?
Yes, all Greenlea labels can be printed with barcodes. Greenlea has over 30 bar code symbologies. Please contact Greenlea if you would like assistance with barcodes.
What if I don't have any artwork?
Greenlea is happy to assist with the design of labels. There is no additional charge for artwork support and we are happy to provide an email proof for your approval.

Can you print labels with consecutive numbers on them?
Yes, all Greenlea labels can be printed with serial (sequential) numbers.
Do you print labels that can be used outdoors?
Yes. Greenlea offers weather resistant synthetic labels. Our labels are widely used across Australia by garden centres where the labels are subjected to watering and weather.
Do you print labels that can be applied to dirty machinery etc?
Yes. Greenlea offers strong synthetic labels suitable for industrial use.
What if I want a special size or shape label?
Yes, Greenlea is happy to discuss your custom label needs. Our new, up to dtae digital machinery enables us to provide you with virtually any shaped label without the additional cost of dies and other set-up costs. Please contact Greenlea to discuss your requirements and for a free quote.
When do I pay for my labels?
An invoice for your labels will be included with the labels when they are delivered. Payment is due within 7 days of the date of the invoice. Payment may be made by EFT, Cheque, Paypal, Money Order or Cash.

Who do I make the money order or cheque payable to?

How long will my order take?
Business cards will usually be despatched within 7 working days of your approval of your artwork and will be delivered anywhere in Australia by courier.
How will my order be delivered?
Your business cards will be delivered by courier during business hours to an address specified by you. They can not be delivered to a PO Box.
How much is delivery?
There is free delivery for Business Cards anywhere in Australia.
Are there any additional charges?
No, the prices displayed include the full colour business cards, emailed proof, artwork upload, GST and delivery anywhere in Australia.
What if I don't have any artwork?
Greenlea is happy to assist with the design of your new magnet or help re-design your existing business card. There is no additional charge for artwork support and we are happy to provide an email proof for your approval.
