Greenlea will take every care to ensure your products are packaged securely at time of dispatch. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact Greenlea within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods. If requested to do so, the product must be returned to Greenlea within 7 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to replace goods that fall under manufacturer fault.

There is no refund on freight costs.
